The empty land at the back of Block A.

Resently look like they clearing off the small forest at the back of Block A, does anyone know what are they going to do with the land?

I myself still wondering what they are building there. Looks like a huge pc of land. They started clearing before but halted . Seems like they are continuing the job and fast. Yes, wud like somebody who know to enlighten on this matter.

I did asked UOA before about the purpose for that piece of land and they said it belongs to the federal government. My concern was the prospect of another high rise developement which may obstruct the beautiful KL view.

Keeping my fingers crossed on that, else we'll be the next Midah Ria .

Yesterday saw a bunch of contractors at the site discussing about something.......could be doing road access too.....well the only way to know...is to speak to one of the contractors.....lets see if I could speak to one of them the next time......to put all of fear, doubt and worries behind us...hehehehe

guys...I just notice this morning...the green patch of land in front of guard house is cleared.......so very likely they will build more building.........so soon no more greenery for us....

From the balcony, I could see the construction site info board placed on top of the container office bunks. If only I have a binocular to read them.

Hopefully no high rise since the Casa Impiana apartment project right behind BP petrol station got halted due to poor response. (Facing cemetery across the road)

windy.....where is the container location?....inside the compound far from the main road?....if close to the main road, then can drop by to read it.....I think the board should be on the HUKM side......

the Casa Impiana would be revive in matter of time as that location is very valuable...so they might even convert to a commercial development......

Aiyo now i am more worried. BTW I got info they building hospital. How true it is, really not sure. Somebody please confirm.

It is far from the main road unlike the ones they had for Casa Gemilang (behind BHP). You'll have to drive all the way up and into the workers temp bunk (containers) to read them. Anyone with binoculars or super zoom cameras can read it if your balcony faces KL view.

Hospital is unlikely since HUKM is right beside, maybe staff quarters?

I heard they are building Templer Hospital. I'm not sure but this news article may refer to this project:

It says Cheras Rehabilitation (formerly called Lady Templer) Hospital in Cheras on a land owned by the Health Ministry and "The hospital will deal with post-road accident cases, stroke victims, patients with spinal and brain injury and other physically crippling injuries. It is set to be the first of its kind in Malaysia, and the biggest in Southeast Asia"

I think it should not be a highrise building since it's a hospital.

too early to say if there'll be high rise building but one thing for sure is the noise and dust is definitely going to be a pain everyday until the project is done.
