Yeap, I read about that project which sleepvalley mentioned. I guess that it is.
The noise is already there even on weekends. Nothing we can do and hope they
will complete it fast.

Recently read the news from the paper that they are going to build a sanatorium at the empty land. However, the project is going without any authorized permit. The work was stopped and wait for further notice from the DBKL. The developer had seek help from the DAP YB but YB rejected to help for restoring the construction.

Hello To all,

DAP organized a meeting with all JMC / residents committees of property located along Jalan Midah 8 last week. PMH JMC sent 4 reps to attend the meeting, summary as follows:
1) Confirmed construction for Templer Hospital

2) The construction work begins without permits from the authorities. i.e. need to stop immediately.
Note: Up to date we still notice work being carried out, we have taken photos, and send to DAP for further action

3) JMC have given instruction to the security guards to take extra precaution during this period of time, mainly due to the presence of foreign workers around this area.

4) The road in front PMH will not be dead end anymore. i.e. the road will be used as staff entrance for Templer Hospital.

JMC is arranging flyers to be sent out the residents mail box, including further details. Estimated to be done by next 2 weeks. Kindly share the information with your friends and neighbors.

So that means they going to build a hospital here and it's just the matter of time to ge the approval, am i right? Any idea will it be a high rise building?

Oh...traffic congestion just to get back to our home?.....hmmm...but on the other hand, rental return will good .....as well as price appreciation......but very sad cause before all this, it was very nice place to live in....oh well....this is expected, living within city limits....

Notice that the contruction site stop already, and the temporaly office also being moved away as well. This will be a good news for all PMH resident.

Wonder the empty will take how long time to become green again.

Any updates about this land? lately they start work early in the morning even on sunday and making so much of noise, sometimes really feel angry can't even have a good rest on sunday.

saturday nite have a few pints of beer....definitely will sleep like a baby....heheh.....

true lah...pity those people stay facing the site......no rest on sunday...also they work start real early too....and the smell of the diesel fumes.....super powerful..... ....probably your clothings put out to dry also will smell like diesel after that.....
