Security Guards
Hey everyone, it seem that i found some of those guards are very rude and unfriendly to the owners or the family members, i'm not sure whether you guys find the same way but it is really getting into my nerds.
i was thinking whether is there any records of those clamp vehicles and the fines records? or they are so keen to clamp your vehicle just to pocket the fines?

Re: Security Guards
There are 1 or 2 rude ones, but generally most of them are ok, especially the foreign ones. The locals are the one who seems to be all high and mighty.

Re: Security Guards
I agree with matthew, there will always be bad apple among the good ones. Also, can't blame them as due to language barrier and their education level. As long as they can keep us safe that is the most critical factor. So far I'm really happy with the security team as well as the services they provide to keep us safe as compared to other condo such as Midah Ria.
As for clamping car tyres, it is definitely a good move if not everyone will be miss using others parking lot which is unfair to the owners. I'm really glad they take the clamping rules seriously than just putting up a sign just to scare people.
The security team also responded effectively in the recent power failure to keep the situation under control. Keep up the good. By the way, I heard that there are some group of owners trying to change or reduce our security team which I'm strong against. As why do you want to change something when there is nothing wrong with it? By changing the security team/company could create unforeseen problems in the future which we have prevented so far. So to all owners that agree to the change or reduction in security team, please kindly reconsider you decision to retain the current company as well as the manpower required to keep us safe. Cheers.

Re: Security Guards
I think the securiy team here are doing their job. Especially the Nepalese. I would prefer strict no-nonsense guards as compared to tidak-apa guards.
Clamp cars? That shows they are doing their job.
My only gripe is that they did not clamp the car of one jackass that used to park his car in the middle of the road (OK, more towards double-parkinglahh..outside the condo unit) before the main entrance to the condo. Thankfully that car is no longer there.

Security Guard
When we came to look for a unit, what impressed us most are the security guards. We thought they match
those at the king's palace.... well, they were high standard guards. Then our visitors "puji-puji" them too and these add to our satisfaction for purchasing PMH. We have lived in 3 condos before and we know what kinda security guards in the market. Please tell da management NOT to change our present secu team.

Re: Security Guards
Correct guys....since we are half way to forming the resident committee, during any meeting please kindly bring this topic to maintain the current security firm as safety is our 1st priority.....if the safety level is any less I would rather stay on landed property...makes no difference and I can save the money too.....so please guys, make sure you support to maintain the current security firm.....

Re: Security Guards
frankly speaking I think all the security guard having in PMH is pretty well in doin their job. It's true that if you compare to alot other condo and apertment. But so sad to heard tat they r moving out due to changed of management. Hope the new security team will have the same or better service and quality.

We hope to get more feedback from residents as well. As someone said, this forum is only accessed by few. What is your take on the current batch of guards? There are always issues to iron out and hopefully, the majors ones are solved and left with trivial issues.
