Merry Chrismas

Last week, I received an intercom from guard house at 3AM and he informed me that I got visitor (he did gave me the name and the car registration number of the visitor). Then I told him that I don't know the guy and asked where is the guy, I was shocked again by his answer : "sudah masuk".

Before this on the 14th, I am expecting a friend and guard house intercom me also. Then when I am at the lift lobby at my floor wanted to go down and open the glass door for my friend, when the lift opened I saw my friend stading inside. IT'S MEAN THE GUARD INTERCOM ME AFTER ALLOWING THE GUEST TO ENTER. What happen if I am not expecting any guest and the suspect are already inside our area...

I had report this to the management and saw some improvement as yesterday at 6pm my wife received an intercom again and told that we had an Indian friend... Not again!!!! But this time we saw the guard really stopped him.

I do hope that the guard will carry up their works accordingly. If the previous guards from UOA are doing so well then I believe all these guards can perform the same...

I share your thoughts on this matter. I have had the same experience recently as well, though my guest was actually expected. But they were to have been approved by the owner before actually allowing the said guests to enter

I have relayed the message to get owners approval before actually letting them thru when the guards intercom me at that time. Hopefully, they will improve.
